Kristianstad University College, located in southern Sweden, was founded in 1977, but in this region we can trace our roots way back for teacher's training (1835), nurses (1893) and engineers (1912).

Our students are our most valuable resource. On campus you will find students from all walks of life and from all over the world. We welcome around 100 international students each semester to mix with 7000 Swedish students.

Our campus is created from the idea that you, as a student, shall have access to modern information technology, inspiring meeting places and good service. We offer a highly qualified faculty in a friendly atmosphere. We also have a large number of computers with 24 hours access at your disposal.

Programmes and courses are offered in the humanities, in social, natural, behavioural and health sciences, business administration and engineering. We have an increasing number of courses in Englísh within most of our different fields of study and at the moment you can choose from more than 100 courses in English from "International Business" to "Embedded Systems" to "River Management and Restoration" to "Global Health" etc. To learn about Sweden you can choose "Sweden Past and Present".

Accommodation in student dorms can be arranged by the university. The introduction week gives you a good opportunity to get to know the university, Kristianstad and your fellow students before the academic studies begin.
