DJ EYO is on campus August 31!
Kick of the semester
We kick off the semester and raise the pulse on campus with DJ EYO. Save the date 31 August at 16.00! DJ Eyo will play everything from dance pop, Swedish classics to afrobeat.
Vice-Chancellor at Kristianstad University Håkan Pihl and the President of Kristianstad Student union Klara Dryselius will also be on site and welcome you to Kristianstad University.

Probably the best book
During the period of 29 of august - 2 september we will hand out green notebooks that are filled with lots of information regarding your studies here and all the practical things you need to know. It´s green and you will find it inside the green tent on campus or in the reception. It´s for free!

University studies might be something completely new for many people and may feel difficult or challenging. At the start of every semester, we offer two different lectures which will help you to study smarter and get rolling. One focused on study technique, the other on feeling good while studying.

New at HKR
As a new student you receive a lot of new information. A couple of weeks into the semester you may find yourself sitting at home thinking about your studies or other things related to them.
Maybe your program doesn’t feel right for you, you may have a hard time keeping up with your studies, or you may be feeling alone. If you have any questions at all, welcome to our drop-in meeting to ask us about it!
If that’s the case, Zoom in and meet the people who work with helping you in your studies and other related areas, such as study and career advisers and school counselors.
No need to pre-register, just join the Zoom meeting and you will be guided into the breakout room where they can accurately answer your question.
