Software

Below you will find information about what software HKR offers our students. You will also find info on where-, what-, and how you can get started using the provided software.

Software available to students

Kristianstad University is currently collaborating with a bunch of different companies that provide students with its software. The software available ranges both in availability and price, all the way from free- to discounted prices.

Notice that HKRs IT-helpdesk (3030) does not provide any support pertending to "how" to us a specific piece of software. The IT-helpdesk(3030) support regarding downloadable software pertains only to support on how to download-, install- and license said software.

Microsoft Imagine / Azure (for students)

Visit https://aka.ms/devtoolsforteaching to browse some of the software available for download by Microsoft.  One exception from the above link, is for the Microsoft Office suite, which is instead available for download at https://portal.office.com/OLS/MySoftware.aspx or via the Student portal (studentportal.hkr.se) 

Other software

For other software such as SPSS, MatLab, etc, vist the Student portal at studentportal.hkr.se. There you'll find info on what software is available  as well as guides on how to get started.
