Train the ability of critical thinking on security issues of computer and network systems. You will learn to analyze the threats to and the vulnerabilities of a computer or a network system. Security concepts such as authentication, authorization, access control are presented. We also introduce security tools, including cryptographic algorithms, security protocols and firewalls. The course is given in the form of lectures, labs and research seminars.
