Where
The town of Kristianstad is a regional center with a population of around 40 000 people within the town limits. It is surrounded by sandy agricultural lands and biologically diverse wetlands.
The conference will be held at Kristianstad University campus, which is a 25 min walk, or a seven minute bus ride from the train station (northbound line 4 towards “Lingenässkolan via Högskolan Kristianstad”).
The university was founded in 1977, but moved to its current location in 1995, utilizing the buildings of the decommissioned regiment (P6). All the buildings are clearly numbered, but not in a logical order. Therefore you might need a map of the campus to find your way.
The town of Kristianstad is easily accessible by train with a direct line from Copenhagen airport. How to get there.

We recommend conference participants to book a hotel in central Kristianstad. Most of the recommended hotels are within a short walking distance from the train station in Kristianstad. Book your accommodation early! Read more about recommended accommodation in Kristianstad.
