Processing of personal data when mailing

The content of these mailings can for example be:

• Information about the university and our educations prior to application or registration for a new semester.
• Information prior to admission and start of the semester to students or people who have registered for an education with us.
• Communication with alumni.

To carry out the mailings we process personal data such as name, postal address and/or e-mail address. We do this as part of our mission to provide education and information associated with that.

Kristianstad University is responsible for your personal data and processes personal data in accordance with the data protection regulation. After we have sent the letter or e-mail, we delete the contact information. You have the right to object to the processing, request access to the personal data being processed or request that your data be deleted immediately.
