Call for abstracts
We welcome abstracts for oral or poster presentations. Also, alternative presentations are welcome, for example a performance.

Special Issue ICCAS 2024, International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science
Presenting conference delegates are invited to contribute to this special issue of International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science. The scope is the conference theme: How can healthy and sustainable food choices be facilitated in a changing society?
Topics include:
- Culture in eating and drinking, and the impact of food habits and consumer behavior
- Food service and hospitality in facilitating healthy and sustainable food choices
- Food perception, quality and acceptance, policies, regulations and legal frameworks in creating a resilient society

Posterpresentation
For those of you who will present a poster at ICCAS 2024 we recommend the poster format of 70*100 cm. There will be screens for the posters available during the entire conference.
Oral presentations
Estimated time for each oral presentation is 15 minutes, whereof 10 minutes for presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion.

- Jorge Ruiz-Carrascal, professor, (Catedrático de Universidad), Dpt. Animal Production and Food Science, IPROCAR- University of Extremadura, Spain. Editor International Journal of Gastronomy and Food Science.
- Lina Behm, is an associate professor in nursing at the faculty of health sciences, Kristianstad University.

The International Conference on Culinary Arts and Sciences (ICCAS) was founded in 1993 by the main sponsor Worshipful Company of Cooks of London. The conference is a forum for culinary artists and scientists from academia and industry to present their work and share ideas.
