Instructions for presenters SAMC2024

Oral presentations

Oral presentations will be held in sessions with 2-3 presentations in each, guided by a chair. Each presentation will be 15 minutes long followed by a 5-minute discussion.

The presentations should be in PowerPoint or PDF format. The file must be made available no later than 08.00 the same day as the presentation will be made.

Poster presentations

All posters must be prepared and printed beforehand. On-site printing is not offered. We expect that we will be able to accommodate posters in portrait format with dimensions of approximately 85 cm (33 inches) wide.

Authors are encouraged to prepare a short poster pitch presentation of about 2 minutes to be presented on Day 2 (June 13^th), between 13.10 - 13.30. Present a maximum of two PowerPoint slides to highlight your research and engage the audience. These slides should be submitted to the conference organizing committee before June 5^th using email: SAMC2024@hkr.se.

Posters will be displayed throughout the conference and should therefore be mounted upon arrival. There will also be a poster session on Day 2 (June 13^th), between 13.30-14.30. Authors who present a poster should consider how their poster can be shared at the conference, e.g., handouts or QR-code.
