World Café Colours Annual Conference 2025

The World Café is a structured yet informal method for group discussion, designed to explore a central question in a relaxed setting. Participants rotate between small tables over several rounds, exchanging ideas and building on each other’s perspectives. A host stays at each table to summarize key points for newcomers, helping connect insights across the whole group. The process encourages collective thinking and leads to a shared understanding that can be synthesized at the end.

Location: Krinova Incubator & Science Park, Stridsvagnsvägen 14 (next to Kristianstad University Campus)

Moderators: Mats Åhlander and Fredrika Braw

Questions to work with:

  1. Crucial Skills for the Future
Which skills will be most essential for students and staff in the coming decade, and how can COLOURS help nurture and integrate them into education and collaboration?

  2. Collaboration Across Regions and Within the Alliance
How do we need to collaborate — locally, regionally, and across the alliance- to create meaningful, long-term impact?

  3. Collaboration with external stakeholders
How can universities and regions co-create solutions to address societal challenges together?

  4. Enhancing Student & staff involvement
What experiences or opportunities would make COLOURS more meaningful to you as a student or staff?
