Invitation to COLOURS CoLab, October 21, 2025: How can collaboration influence choices towards a healthy lifestyle and sustainable food habits?
Kristianstad University invites you to a workshop (CoLab) this autumn, bringing together participants from across society who are interested in developing potential solutions through collaboration on a timely theme within food, health, and commerce: How can collaboration influence choices towards a healthy lifestyle and sustainable food habits?
These collaborative, challenge-based workshops are called CoLabs and are part of the European University initiative COLOURS, where Kristianstad University participates together with Kristianstad Municipality and Krinova Incubator & Science Park as partners.
The purpose of the workshop is to find solutions to complex challenges that various stakeholders can jointly address to positively influence our society — particularly regarding consumer choices in the grocery store.

A panel discussion highlighting different dilemmas and questions related to the complex challenge of encouraging sustainable consumer choices, taking into account knowledge, influence, and economics. The panel discussion is moderated by Professor Jens Hultman.

Soniya Billore, Linnaeus University
Associate Professor of Marketing at Linnaeus University, where she leads the Master’s Programme Innovation through Business, Engineering, and Design and coordinates the Marketing Specialisation in the Civilekonom Programme. She serves on the Internationalisation Committee and is a founding member of the LNU India Group. With teaching and research experience across Europe, India, Japan, and the US—including a STINT Fellowship at Arizona State University—her work focuses on smart cities, digital acceleration, and sustainable consumption.
Pernilla Fagerlin, Livsmedelsakademin
Pernilla Fagerlin is responsible for the focus area Health at Livsmedelsakademin (Skåne Food Innovation Network), a non-profit organization with partners from large and small companies, universities and higher education institutions, municipalities, and other public organizations. By facilitating collaboration, they work to unlock the power of innovation in the food system.
Johan Ramlund, ICA Maxi, Kristianstad
Johan is the CEO of one of Kristianstad’s largest grocery stores, which is actively involved in and contributes to several community projects. He also has a strong commitment to community development.
Johanna Gerberich, Krinova Incubator & Science Park, Gerberich Food Consulting AB
Johanna Gerberich, Business designer Krinova Incubator & Science Park and Managing Director at Gerberich Food Consulting AB, an independent consultant for food-related projects, coaching for cooking competitions, competition leader, moderator, inspirer, and lecturer in food, gastronomy, and innovation. Assignments include skills supply and training for the agri-food sector. Coach for the Swedish National Culinary Team.
Rebecca Blixt, Student, Kristianstad University
Rebecca is a student in Software Development program with great interest of international collborations. She also holds the role of COLOURS Student Chief Ambassador.
Linnéa Skoogh, Kristianstad Muncipality
Head of Sustainability at Kristianstad Municipality and Process Leader for Climate Neutral Kristianstad 2030. She is a project manager and social worker driving climate transition and sustainable development through energy, collaboration, and a systems-thinking approach.
Behavioural Design in Practice – Techniques for a Healthy Lifestyle, Ida Lemoine, CEO Beteendelabbet
Beteendelabbet is an innovative arena where research meets practice. It explores how people make decisions and behave in different contexts – from health and sustainable consumption to learning and digital environments. Through experiments, testing and co-creation with researchers, students, businesses and societal stakeholders, the lab develops solutions that drive real change.

Co-lab - Researchers day, October 22nd
How to implement the identified challenges into feasible research project accordance to available European funding schems.
The “researchers day” on October 22nd have the aim of finding new research opportunities and a possibility for the researchers to get to know each other. Discussions about new research proposals will be included. (COLOURS GO NETWORK). Register in the form for the co lab down below.The meeting will take place at COLOURS LOUNGE, House 4, Kristianstad University.
How to participate
The event will take place at Kulturkvarteret, Kanalgatan 30, Kristianstad
Participation is free of charge but requires registration. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. The first part of the day will be available digitally. Questions from online participants will be collected via the chat function. Depending on international interest, the entire day or parts of it may be held in English.

Continuation and follow-up November the 10th
Continuation of the Co-lab and follow-up for those who wish to continue working on solutions and ideas (Phase 2 and 3).
The format will be hybrid in English.
Save the date, an invitation will be sent to all the participants after October the 21st.
