Program 1 October, 2024 Co-lab Spot on Food
This COLAB activity is closely linked to food production, food and food matters ranging from farm to fork, including consumer health and behaviour, and is organized by Kristianstad University. All activities in the program are in English. The session between 10.00-12.00 is available to participate on line.
10.00-12.00 Presentation of own research but also research at an institutional level at the own university. The presentation will take place on-site, with an opportunity for other researchers to participate online. https://hkr-se.zoom.us/my/matsahlander

12.30-13.30 Lunch, Restaurant Smaca in the city.
Transportation to Kristianstad University by car.
14.00-16.00 HKR tour - Visit various research platforms at Kristianstad University. Meet other researchers. Guided by Professor Karin Wendin and Professor Jens Hultman.
16.00-17.30 Workshop about possible future collaborations. About the activities the 2 and 3 of October What to expect? Networking possibilities?
17.30-19.00 Possibility to go back to the hotel or to work at HKR
19.00 Dinner in the Faculty Club at Kristianstad University. Visiting colleagues from Poland, France and North Macedonia, United States, organizers of Co-lab, parts of HKR´s management, associated partners and other stakeholders are invited.

3 October
After the conference we would like to have a short “wrap up” with the people from Colours alliance to take action in coming meetings, identify ideas to work on with and make a plan according to this.
