The design of experiences and digital communication play an increasingly important role in our culture. Many sectors, such as tourism, entertainment and advertising, industry and the public sector, see an increasing need of good IT design.
The Digital Design study programme combines aspects of design, technology, communication and aesthetics for IT design.
Students are trained to create good experiences for users through interaction design, to combine usefulness and aesthetics in different graphic interfaces and to work with social media and Web 2.0 technology enabling users to collaborate on and share information. Furthermore, students learn to critically review, assess, improve and create digital products, services and experiences.
Through studies of a combination of media, communication, design and technology students will learn to design messages and create flexible IT design solutions possessing breadth as well as quality.
