Governance, Regulation, Internationalization and Performance (GRIP)
The researchers in the environment come from related albeit different disciplines within the fields of business and work science.
The GRIP research environment provides a platform for the multidisciplinary collaboration between researchers that also actively teach within the business programme, directions Auditing and Control, International Business and Marketing, Banking and Finance, and in the Programme in Human Resources and Work Life Conditions.
Through active collaboration and bridge building between the various disciplines, researchers are stimulated to increase their competences as well as their research productivity. The results achieved through research activities are also beneficial to reinforce the teaching quality.
