Governance, Regulation, Internationalization and Performance (GRIP)
The GRIP research environment brings together researchers from multiple disciplines in the field of accounting, economics, finance, governance, law and organisation. Research is conducted in collaboration with national and international partners, with the ambition to develop theoretically informed solutions to current challenges faced by organizations in the private, public and hybrid sectors.
GRIP organizes regular research seminars as well as methodological and thematic workshops, and hosts guest researchers and experts. By actively involving students in various activities, the research environment GRIP contributes to strengthening the quality of education within the business programmes.
Members of the research environment collaborate extensively with academics and practitioners at local, national and international levels, for example with local authorities, banks and insurance companies, small and medium enterprises, accounting and audit firms, and international organisations. Through this close interaction between academia and practice, researchers further develop their competences and strengthen the scientific and societal impact of their research.
