Man – Health – Society (MHS)
The participants of the research environment Man-Health-Society share a research interest in human health and morbidity throughout the entire lifespan. The research has a person-centred approach, focusing on experience, participation and empowerment of the individuals. The research ranges across different areas: work life, healthcare, school, care and welfare. The research environment has an interdisciplinary approach and many research projects adopt a participatory and action-oriented perspective. Over the past six months, several researchers have joined and the research environment has developed into a research group with a more comprehensive view of health. The focus is on public health science and caregiving/care science. The work in the research group is to be characterised by participation, cooperation and transparency.
