Points of view and complaints
Kristianstad University aims to provide a study and work environment where all students and employees feel safe and comfortable. However, problems, misunderstandings or situations where things do not work as intended may sometimes arise. On this page, you will find information about how you can submit feedback or complaints and where you can turn for support and assistance.
The University aims to address problems at an early stage and constructively, in close dialogue with everyone concerned. Whether you experience problems relating to your education or how you have been treated, or feel that you have been treated unfairly, we want to help you find the right way forward. All feedback is important and helps us improve our activities and prevent future problems.
Before submitting a complaint or providing feedback, it is important that you know what applies in different situations. Kristianstad University is a public authority and its activities are governed by a number of laws and regulations, including the Higher Education Act and the Higher Education Ordinance.
For guidance on how to proceed, you can contact the Student Representative at the Student Union. Membership of the Student Union is not required. You can also contact the university's officer responsible for complaints by email.
