Who should I contact and what applies in different situations?
On this page you can find information about who you can contact in situations involving problems with your education, examinations or how you have been treated.
If you need guidance on what to do, you can contact the Student Union, which works to ensure that your education and your time as a student are as good as possible. You can also contact the University's officer responsible for complaints by email.
If you believe that Kristianstad University has violated a law or another rule within the higher education area, you can report this to the Swedish Higher Education Authority.
