Academic calendar
The academic year at all Swedish universities consists of two semesters, the autumn and the spring semester.
Kristianstad University also offers some courses during the summer.
The academic year starts with the autumn semester in the week that has a Monday between August 28 and September 3 and lasts 20 weeks; the spring semester starts directly the following week .
