I stayed the best semester in my life in Kristianstad University, I was supposed to stay only 1 semester, but I got the possibility to stay 1 year.
I am from Sao Paulo in Brazil, a city of 14 million habitants that is totally different from Kristianstad, but I fell in love with the city.
Kristianstad is a small city that you can do whatever you want by foot or by bike, and this is totally new for me, also there is a lot of beautiful nature and landscape surrounding the city. The city is small, but you can find whatever you want in the centre (Restaurants, Shops, Pubs and Clubs)
For me, the most important thing in Kristianstad University is all the new friends that you will do there. You can live with many other exchange students in the same place, so the students stay very close and organize a lot of dinners, trips and a lot of other things together.
I did a lot of friends in Kristianstad, in the weekends we always stayed together (having dinner, playing sports or watching movies). I really enjoyed my semester there, and after I visited a lot of my new friends in my trips around Europe.
