Registration
Kristianstad University uses a system of self-registration for programmes and courses. Go to Student portal to register for the programmes and courses to which you have been admitted. Log in, select Web Services, Register and Result, and follow the instructions to complete registration.
Self-registration opens one week before – and remains open until – the scheduled start of most programmes and courses. If you are admitted with conditions, you must contact student@hkr.se to be registered. The web page of a programme or course will let you know if another schedule is in effect. Please note you must be registered within prescribed time and according to the registration rules or you will lose your seat.
Please note that if you are a program student or studying on a course that runs over more than one semester, you must register before each new semester.
Login details
To use the Student portal and to register, you will need your login details.
New students
If you are a new student at Kristianstad University, you will receive your login details well before the semester begins. The details will be e-mailed if you included an address on your application, otherwise it will be posted. Logging in automatically commits you to the terms and conditions for use of the university's IT resources.
Returning students
If you have attended Kristianstad University within the past two years, use the login details you already have. If you have forgotten your details, request them on the Account Ordering page. The page is encrypted for security purposes, so you will need to accept and install the requested certificate, or else proceed despite warnings by your browser.
The service does not allow you to request your details more often than once every 30 days.
