Call for abstracts
Oral presentation: The presentation file should be in .pptx or .pdf format, 16:9 aspect ratio, not exceed 30 MB, and sent by email to peds7@hkr.se no later than 24 hours before the actual session. Presentations should last maximum 12 minutes, to save a 3-minute-period for questions.
Poster: Use portrait orientation, and no bigger than A0-format (841 mm width x 1189 mm height).
Richard Hearn’s student travel award: To honor the memory of Richard Hearn, who passed away 2024, PEDS7 and the Duck Specialist Group offer a student travel grant to support students attending the conference. To be eligible for the grant, applicants must 1) be currently enrolled as a student, 2) submit an abstract for a presentation (oral or poster), no later than April 15, and 3) provide a written motivation (max. 200 words) explaining why financial support is needed. The motivation should be given in the same form as for the presentation abstract. The grant may be given to several students, and awardees will be notified in early May.
