Knowledge Transfer Partnership with Balsgård Foodtech AB & Mårtensson Consulting AB

This project is one of the many projects under the national program KTP Energi Sverige.

Project Description:

The project wants to streamline media consumption (including electricity, water, lye, acid) in primarily the food, process, manufacturing, energy industries while user-friendly visualizing information volumes from measurements in the factory adapted to the target groups CEO, quality manager, production management, technical support. All this through visualization and algorithms. The technical solution that is created will perform complex analysis that can find and support efficiency work in factories. Balsgård Foodtech and Mårtensson Consulting will enable their customers to improve the environment from a sustainability perspective while reducing their financial expenses while product (s) retain their quality. According to the project agreement, the KTP project will:
(a) Calculate / measure energy consumption on all completed process assignments that test bed Balsgård carries out during the project's implementation phase.
(b) Continuously analyze energy consumption data.
(c) Change / improve process design map energy consumption and maintained product quality and develop new innovative process solutions.
(d) Verify optimized energy consumption on new process solutions.
